Access
  • 1. Access to MyGWA system will not cost any payment..
     
  • 2. MyGWA’s user can utilize any function in MyGWA to search for website that has been archived.
     
  • 3. Archived website will be displayed from the viewer in the system.
     
  • 4. User can not take warc file structure from MyGWA system because it is copyrighted for National Archives of Malaysia (NAM).
     
  • 5. NAM is not responsible to bear any liabilities or cost of loss due to problem or failure during services caused by user him/herself or internet service provider or problems occur out of NAM’s control.

 
Digital Content Usage
  • 1. Digital content usage through MyGWA system is subjected to Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
     
  • 2. Archive User agrees that downloaded Digital Content from MyGWA will not be used as trademark or any meaning to break the laws, pornograpy usage, or to slander anyone, or to break privacy rights, publicity or morale, or to break copyright of any company or trademark of anyone or entity.
     
  • 3. Archive User agress not to claim any rights (trademark and property) over the downloaded digital content.
